A Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer specialising in residential property surveys and valuations. Including Home Survey, Condition and Building Surveys. Andrew has a wealth of experience of valuation and surveying within Cumbria and South West Scotland. He has experience of probate, matrimonial, right to buys, help to buys, and lender valuations amongst other work. Andrew has worked for private surveying companies, national corporates and local building societies. Andrew is a keen mountain biker and general outdoor enthusiast.

A Chartered Surveyor who specialises in both commercial and residential property. Jon is able to draw upon a wealth of experience and local knowledge in both the public and private sector, having worked at/ been a Director at a number of firms in the Carlisle/ Cumbria area. Jon has carried out in excess of 15,000 valuations and 1000 Homebuyer Surveys. He has significant experience in undertaking probate valuations and matrimonial valuations including attendance at court. He is also experienced in carrying out valuations for lenders, help to buy valuations, affordable housing valuations and lease extension valuations. In respect of commercial work Jon’s experience covers amongst others the office, retail, industrial and guest house sectors. Outside work Jon is a lifelong Carlisle United supporter and enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
